Our Application Process
Application – Have you found a suitable position? Then apply using our application form in the job posting. Please include your complete CV, a cover letter, and your employment references (plus certificates, if applicable).
Receipt of Application – Once your application has ben submitted, we will provide feedback upon receipt and when we begin processing your application documents. At this point, we will also forward your application to the relevant department.
Initial Interview – If your application has awakened the respective department’s interest, we will invite you to an initial interview, either in-person or online, whichever is convenient for you. This is where we want to get to know you better and give you an insight into our company and the scope of our work.
Interview – After a successful initial interview, we may invite you to our office for another interview. You will then get to know the department better, we will discuss the general conditions and clarify any outstanding questions.
Decision – After consultation with the relevant department, you will receive the final decision regarding your application. If you have convinced our department with your skills and abilities, we will begin drafting your contract. Once the contract has been set up, we will – upon your request – send you a digital, password-protected draft in advance. Upon your final approval, we will then mail your employment contract along with all other relevant entry documents. Once you have completed the documents and signed the contract, please return them to us ideally before you start work.
Feedback – Even if it doesn’t work out in individual cases, we would be delighted to receive your feedback on our application process so that we can continuously improve it based on your personal perspective.
