QUALITY
WHAT WE DO. HOW WE THINK.
For us, quality is not found in finished products but in attitude. It begins with the commitment to doing things right: From the very beginning to the very detail, as a team. It is reflected in stable processes, clear data, digital testing routines – and continuous improvement.

Functional Safety
Safety-relevant vehicle electrical systems connect essential vehicle components and simultaneously ensure a stable power and data supply so that safety-critical functions work correctly at all times.
Reliable assistance systems and autonomous driving functions will only work with an error-free vehicle electrical system. Automotive manufacturers therefore systematically evaluate safety-relevant risks and define clear safety objectives based thereon.

aPIMS – Our Manufacturing Execution System
With our proprietary MES “aPIMS”, we manage our globally networked production processes smartly, securely, and transparently – in real time. It links machines and processes based on data to create a consistently controlled system with seamless documentation. Each product thus receives its digital life cycle, allowing us to avoid errors, continuously improve processes, and meet the highest quality standards.

Laboratory-Tests
Temperatures over 150°C in the engine compartment, salt water in winter, or constant vibrations on a construction site: Our products in vehicles are exposed to harsh conditions every day – and must still function reliably for years. To ensure this, they undergo extensive validation tests according to international ISO standards at our in-house laboratory. Whether it's clocksprings with coffee and cola, wire harnesses in ice water, or tightness and residual dirt analyses.

Component Digitalization
When space is tight, every millimeter counts – the digital twin makes it visible. By digitizing our components, we take precision and efficiency to a new level: We identify irregularities early on, use limited installation space best, and respond flexibly to individual customer requirements.
