Our seamlessly integrated software solutions developed in-house run around the clock and ensure consistent data processing. Standardized processes automatically generate all relevant manufacturing and testing data and send them to the respective workstations, specific to each vehicle. Thanks to its modular structure, our system can be flexibly adapted to a wide range of customer projects – saving valuable resources.

From production to the customer – optimally networked and precisely controlled

All production processes are planned and monitored through our internal control system aPIMS. This ensures seamless traceability of each individual wire harness. The integrated process control ensures that each production step is precisely followed, no stations are skipped, and that the finished wire harnesses arrive at the customer’s site correctly packaged and sequenced.

Our KSK Control Centre monitors all key processes in real time. If necessary, changes can be initiated straightway – for smooth, precise, and highly reliable wire harness manufacturing.
