Standardized processes automatically generate all relevant manufacturing and testing data and send them to the respective workstations, specific to each vehicle. What makes our system so efficient? The process is based on four pillars: Change management records all design amendments after the design freeze and evaluates them with regard to material availability, tools requirements, and production capacities. Upon customer approval, the adjustments are incorporated into the production data. The processing automatically integrates customer module information and logistical data into the system. During the engineering process, structured bills of material, work plans, and component groups are drawn up on the basis of the vehicle functions and then linked to the production drawing.
