The process data collected during manufacturing not only forms the basis for traceability, but also facilitates targeted evaluations for the further development of processes, stability, and quality. 

Structured Analysis Based on Reliable Data
The Manufacturing Execution System aPIMS provides structured access to key process metrics – such as cycle times, material flows, or irregularities in the manufacturing process. The data can be used directly in the system or evaluated in analysis platforms such as Power BI, Q-DAS, or as part of SPC (Statistical Process Control).

Measurability of Quality and Efficiency 
Key metrics such as first pass yields or process capability indexes (Cp, Cpk, Pp, Ppk) demonstrate the performance of individual production steps. Deviations are made visible – and can therefore be corrected in a targeted manner.
