Temperatures over 150°C in the engine compartment, salt water in winter, or constant vibrations on a construction site: Our products in vehicles are exposed to harsh conditions every day – and must still function reliably for years. To ensure this, they undergo extensive validation tests according to international ISO standards at our in-house laboratory. Whether it's clocksprings with coffee and cola, wire harnesses in ice water, or tightness and residual dirt analyses: We test under realistic conditions – and are happy to do more than required. Only this way we achieve quality you can rely on.

Tightness Tests Under Extreme Conditions
The tightness of our wire harnesses is crucial for their functioning in the vehicle. Even minor leaks or unsoundness can lead to the entry of unwanted matter – with a direct impact on the electrical function or gradual damage through chemical reactions.
In our laboratory, we systematically test under realistic conditions: Applying pressure, water, or temperature. This ensures that our products remain reliably sealed, tight, and sound even under the harshest conditions and meet the requirements of ISO 20653.
No Chance for Residual Contamination
At voltages of up to 800 volts, even a tiny dirt particle can be dangerous – electrical arcing endangers vehicle function and safety. That’s why technical cleanliness (TecSa) is our top priority: In our specialized lab, we test relevant components for residues – using suction extraction and light-optical particle analysis according to VDA 19 Part 1.
We also keep an eye on production: Particle traps monitor the production environment, and if necessary, filter systems and ionizers provide for the required cleanliness.
